Staff and Doctor Biographies

HOUSTOUN CLINCH, DVM
When I am not at the hospital, with Wally the dog, then I am with my daughter Abby. Abby is five and tons of fun. She changes every day. Abby has a brother and a sister. Wally likes Abby because she always tastes good and gives him "treats". Kit, the cat, thinks Abby is OK but she cuddles a little rough. If we are not at home then we are out enjoying the great outdoors, biking, sailing, motorboating, skiing or just enjoying life.
KATHY LANGNESS, DVM
I have finally fulfilled a life-long dream of being a Veterinarian and owning my own practice. I have been a lifetime resident of this area and currently live in North St. Paul. I have 2 cats, Bitsey and Annie, and 1 dog, Bobbie Sue, a Schnauzer/shih tzu mix. When I am not working at the clinic I like to read, sew, bake, garden, do needle work, take long walks with Bobbie Sue and cheer for the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers.
MARYANNE, CVT
I am a lifetime resident of this area and currently live in Oakdale with my dog Rosie. She is a Yorkie/shih tzu mix who loves coming to work with me. My career as a technician spans three decades, but I have never grown tired of my job. I enjoy the people and pets I work with, the fact that no two days are alike, and the challenge of always learning something new. The majority of my time away from TLC is spent with my friends, volunteering at church, and singing in 2 choirs and a quartet. I also enjoy Minnesota Twins baseball, working jigsaw puzzles, and decorating cakes.
DARCY, CVT
I am a graduate of Globe College and have been a veterinary technician since June 2007. I have been given the privilege of working with the animals and staff at TLC. I enjoy helping all of the animals and treat them as if they were my own. Every day is diversified and challenging which is one of the reasons I love my job. My husband and I have a wonderful baby boy, Nicholas, who was born on March 15, 2010. We also have a dog named Clyde who is a black lab mix that we adopted when he was 1 year old. I look forward to greeting and seeing your pets at TLC!
MEGHAN, CVT
I started out at TLC as a receptionist and was offered a technician position after graduating in 2009 from Argosy University. I love being a technician and I couldn't imagine being this happy doing anything else. I feel very fortunate that I get to meet all of you and your wonderful animals. I am currently living with my boyfriend, David, in Oakdale. I have an adorable Jack Russell Terrier named JoJo and have come to love David's giant lab Hercules like my own as well. When I am not working, I enjoy camping on the river, going to the cabin, four-wheeling and having other various adventures with my friends!
LINDSEY, Receptionist
I feel so lucky to be working in an environment where people love animals as much as I do. When I am outside of work I enjoy doing lots of things. I enjoy spending time with my husband and my 3 dogs and I also love spending time with my family and friends. I have a Basset Hound named Olive, an Old English Bulldog named Georgia, and a Clumber Spaniel named Bowser. They are all young and keep me very busy.
EMILY, Office Manager
I was born and raised in Minnesota and am currently a resident of Woodbury. I have many years of experience in the medical field as well as caring for animals. I volunteered for 5 years as an adoption specialist and provided a foster home and care for a number of rescued dogs and cats. It was a very rewarding experience! I really enjoy working with animals and their owners. I am lucky to have two children, Nate and Addie, and a German Shepherd named Tazer. All three keep me quite busy! I spend my free time with my family and friends. I also enjoy spending time on the river and beaches in the summer. I am excited to be a part of the team at TLC and I look forward to working with you and your pets.
